Pierce (PT) Waldrep is the
Principle CEO of Government Tax Solutions (GTS) with the responsibility of overseeing all accounting functions, Human Resources and daily operations of the company.
Prior to acquiring GTS in 2005, PT worked as a junior accountant for an accounting/consulting firm in Atlanta before spending several years at a small private company. As their assistant controller, he held the job of overseeing all accounting functions. In 2002 he worked for Florist Transworld Delivery (FTD) as the Director of Business Development. PT is an entrepreneur with ownership and investments in several companies in real estate and construction in Georgia and Alabama.
PT graduated from the University of West Georgia (UWG) with BBA degree in accounting. He has served as the Carroll County Court Appointed Special Advocate treasurer, a prior board member of the UWG Alumni Association, the Education Committee Chair of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, a current board member in the Chi Phi Alpha Zeta House Association, and a member of the UWG Athletic Foundation.

I spent 9 days in Guatemala when I was 17 years old, and it changed my life. When I retire I’d like to spend my time doing mission work and serving others.

My favorite thing about working at GTS is the different challenges. Whether it is meeting a mailing deadline, creating a new database, or working on a new project to make the company better, that is where I am most fulfilled in this career. Since I am a creator at heart, when I get the opportunity to work on something new or problem solve, I am truly in my realm!
INTERESTING FACT ABOUT ME THAT AMAZES PEOPLE: I have not watched a single television program since 2010. As a matter of fact, we do not have a TV in our home. You would be amazed at the things you can do when you don’t spend time with a TV.
ABOUT ME: Above all else in this world, I am a mother. My greatest accomplishments in my life are my children. I love spending time with my family.
